[gnome-flashback] gnome-panel with gnome 3.10

Hi!

Till now I was using gnome 3.8. But now I read that ubuntu 14.04 will use gnome 3.10. That means when 3.10 will be moved from proposed to release i will use only gnome-panel with gnome 3.10.

1) Are you going to release 3.8.x from master?

2) Are we sticking to idea - gnome-panel 3.10 must work with other gnome 3.10 components?
