El pantallazo que subí viene a colación de un posible bug, y que además
está comentado en el mismo correo que Camaleón enlazó más arriba:

I'd agree, there doesn't seem to be much point in showing the Maximize
or UnMaximize entries while a window is minimized.  Probably worth
filing in bugzilla.

Lo que no sé es si el bug lo abrieron o no. Pero al menos de momento no voy a
cambiarlo y tener dos opciones «restaruar». Lo que sí voy a hacer es
preguntar en la lista de internacionalización si saben algo al respecto.
