Mi sugerencia sería mantener "restaurar" en ambos casos porque ambos indican
un "cambio del estado actual a otro anterior" de la ventana, sea el que fuere.

He encontrado una referencia a estos términos en la lista de desarrollo [1] de
gnome, por si os da alguna idea.
