Adding documentation to gnome-software

Hey all,

I'd like to add some user documentation to gnome-software this
release. I'm not awesome at writing prose, so I'd really appreciate
anyone interested in helping to get in contact with me either on IRC
or by email. I'm happy to help taking screenshots or clearing up
questions, or whatever else is needed.
