Hi,
It will be good if we can land the new implementation of the gnome-shell app
picker. It is not a small change, but a good change for 3.10.
It's not changing anything fundamental - the app picker still consists of
frequent and all views. All view groups some applications in folders.
It does add a lot of polish to the app picker though.

All patches are reviewed and accepted to commit now by the gnome-shell
maintainer Florian Müllner.
Sorry for the delay to request the freeze break.
Thanks for getting it to this point before .91 - I know you two have
been working very hard to get it in shape since guadec. I am in favor
of allowing this in - we don't have a very long feature list for 3.10,
this will be a great addition to it.
+1 from me.
And here's the second approval for the release team; as Shaun is ok
wrt the documentation, go ahead.
