UI freeze break request: App picker

Hi,

It will be good if we can land the new implementation of the gnome-shell app picker. It is not a small change, but a good change for 3.10.

It's not changing anything fundamental - the app picker still consists of frequent and all views. All view groups some applications in folders.
It does add a lot of polish to the app picker though.

All patches are reviewed and accepted to commit now by the gnome-shell maintainer Florian Müllner.
