Hi,
here are a couple of bugs from the Documentation Style Guide.
Is there a bugzilla component?
--------------->8--------------->8---------------
bug: broken link in GDSG
at https://developer.gnome.org/gdp-style-guide/stable/index-info.html.en
The hyperlink "GNU Free Documentation License" points to
"gnome-help:fdl-help:fdl"
The web browser does not understand "gnome-help:fdl-help:fdl"
It should point either to FSF/GFDL page,
either to the GFDL page in the help system, with a "help:" URI
--------------->8--------------->8---------------
bug: no help topic for FDL license
"help:fdl-help:fdl" is missing on my system.
Is it shipped at all? in which package?
--------------->8--------------->8---------------
bug: typo in GDSG
at https://developer.gnome.org/gdp-style-guide/stable/infodesign-2.html.en
-- To Save a File
++ Saving a File
--------------->8--------------->8---------------
bug: no hyperlink on xref
at https://developer.gnome.org/gdp-style-guide/stable/acknowledgements.html.en
See the "About This Document" page
expected: a link to the section
Q: is it same for all xrefs throughout the doc?
--------------->8--------------->8---------------
bug: link to prev/next section has no name.
at https://developer.gnome.org/gdp-style-guide/stable/acknowledgements.html.en
and
https://developer.gnome.org/gdp-style-guide/stable/wordlist.html.en
The link to next (resp. prev) section has no name.
Should be "Acknowledgements"
NOTE:
The file of the history section is named acknowledgements.html
https://developer.gnome.org/gdp-style-guide/stable/acknowledgements.html.en
The file of the acknowledgements section is named idp9047600.html
https://developer.gnome.org/gdp-style-guide/stable/idp9047600.html.en
--------------->8--------------->8---------------
bug:
at https://developer.gnome.org/gdp-style-guide/stable/licenses.html.en
It reads "All GNOME documentation is published under the GFDL"
But, Desktop help is under Creative Commons
--------------->8--------------->8---------------
I hope it helps.
