Adding GTK+ tutorial to website

Hello,

I'd like to add a Perl version of the GTK+ tutorial to the GNOME
developer site (http://developer.gnome.org/gnome-devel-demos/stable/index.html.en#tutorials).

I now have git access to the repositories.  Typically I would only
commit to the perl-* repositories, but this would involve commits to
another.
