Use Bugzilla?

Hi folks,

We have a pile of patches sitting on the mailing list, and
I have no idea what's been reviewed, what's been committed,
or what's outdated.

I propose we all start doing patches on bugzilla. Open a new
bug, attach your patch, and email the list about it. We can't
manage the patches-to-the-list method.

Also, I'd like to encourage people to create full git patches.
Add and commit your work locally, then create a patch with a
command like "git format-patch -1". This includes everything
in one patch file, including added files, includes your commit
messages, and is attributed to you.
