If you mean the GDA developer docs, look here:

Well, there is a Mallard manual for the libgda browser help. But it
appears in the Damned Lies pages only, not yet in the GNOME
Documentation Library (http://library.gnome.org). To let it appear
there, the module has to be added to one of the JHBuild modulesets, if
this isn't already done anyway. After that, Frederic Peters
<fpeters gnome org> has to be informed about that. Then he can add it to
the docs library.
