evolution-mapi - UI change and new strings added

	Hi,
I just committed fix for bug [1] to evolution-mapi, which changes UI
while editing MAPI account in Edit->Preferences->Mail Accounts-><MAPI
account>->tab Receiving options. The patch also adds new strings for
translation.
