Federico, it seems that accelerators for On/Off are still missing ;)
A side note about this: maybe it's just a language issue, but IMHO
on/off should refer to monitor power status. I suppose that
gnome-display-properties is unable to turn on and off a monitor, but
just to enable or disable its usage. This is why I feel on/off is odd.
