UI changes in Empathy

Hi all,

I've just merged a branch into Empathy which adds UI for linking
contacts together to form meta-contacts. This is a whole new dialogue,
plus an extra entry in the contact list context menu.

We're working hard to get the rest of the meta-contacts UI changes into
Empathy before the freeze on Monday, so please be advised that there
will be more UI changes in Empathy before then.
