"GNOME Window Manager Compliance" document

Is there a more up-to-date version of this document somewhere?

Is it still useful? I doubt it because it hasn't really been changed for
9 years.

The HTML seems to have been generated from DocBook:

Does someone know where that DocBook source is?

There is this document too, though it doesn't seem to be linked from
anywhere:

We would like to move useful developer.gnome.org documents to
library.gnome.org so they can be maintained properly, but they need to
be DocBook. Or where appropriate I'd like to even just remove any crap
from the Internet.
