GCalctool 2.24 branched

Apologies for the lack of announcement; this was my first branch made
for GNOME...

GCalctool has (was) branched for GNOME 2.24!

2.24 stable bugfixes are occuring on the branch:
http://svn.gnome.org/svn/gcalctool/branches/gnome-2-24/

The focus for 2.24 is fixing bugs and performance problems in calculations:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/buglist.cgi?product=gcalctool&bug_status=NEW&bug_status=REOPENED&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&target_milestone=2.24.0

2.25 development is occurring on the head:
http://svn.gnome.org/svn/gcalctool/trunk/gcalctool/

The foci for 2.25 are:
- Continuation in simplifying and documenting the code base
- Improving the user interface (making financial functions have
dialogs, adding colours to the UI, using unicode characters in
display, e.g. unicode multiply symbol)
- Adding new functions (more inverse functions, programming mode,
conversion functions)
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/buglist.cgi?product=gcalctool&bug_status=NEW&bug_status=REOPENED&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&target_milestone=2.26.0

Happy hacking!
