String/UI changes in Accerciser release

Hi,

We have some string additions and UI changes to Accerciser in the latest
dev release (1.3.5, and in trunk). Sorry I couldn't get this in last release,
hopefully this will be the only change in this cycle.

The changes consist of a new configuration tab for the highlight functionality,
and a context menu in the main accessible treeview.

Below is a summary of the added strings.
