Docs for appearance capplet

Hi,

Currently, gnome-control-center has no documentation for the
"Appearance" preferences dialog introduced in GNOME 2.20. Could you
provide such documentation for 2.22? That would really be great and
would finally allow us to make the dialog's "Help" button do
something. ;)
