UI change in the "Connect to" dialog

Hi,

Since we moved to gio world, the "Connect to" dialog was disabled. It
has been resurrected today, with a UI change approved by the release
team to keep it useful: now there's a "Add bookmark" checkbox and a
"Bookmark name" entry so that the URI is saved somewhere if the user
wants so.

The browse button has also been killed.
