Another issue from our newest contributor,

who would like to move us to docbook 4.5. 

What's the status of docbook version these days? I remember a few years
ago I wanted to move to 4.3 but 'official' gnome was 4.2. Is there still
an 'official' gnome version? Will that change in the near future?

Yes, it looks like I need Docbook 4.5 (which introduces <mathphrase>).
Will that be possible? (I noted some discussion on the gnome-doc list)
