yelp does not show the docs for gnome-doc-utils

hi,

according to the omf file
(gnome-doc-utils-0.11.1/doc/gnome-doc-make/gnome-doc-make-C.omf)
the docs should be under:
 <subject category="System|Other"/>
I don't get there there. Its Yelp 2.16.1 on OpenSuse-10.2. If I call Yelp
directly on the xml file it crashes :/

Basically I look for a simple step-by-step to make the gtk-doc manual use
gnome-doc-utils so that it will show up on library.gnome.org.
