The CSS is going to be specific to the HTML output.  So any
CSS written for the HTML from the standard DocBook XSLT can't
just be plugged into our DocBook XSLT without modification.

I am completely open to stylistic improvements.  I have some
CSS improvements in the Mallard XSLT that I intend to bring
over to our DocBook, man, and info rendering.  But I would
love to see some designers helping out.  I've put out a call
for help on this on multiple occasions.

I'm familiar with xmlto.  Like gnome-doc-tool, it's just a
wrapper script that knows how to call the right tool for the
job.  We provide our own wrapper script because we provide
our own transformation tools.
