Setting up manual for gparted

Could someone take a look at this patch for setting up
a manual for gparted:

BTW, there seem to be a number of bugs open for
setting up manuals with gnome-doc-utils, or converting
them (eg Totem).
This leads me to wonder: are the instructions on the
wiki for doing this clear enough?
