Adding a maintainer role for all the recent scrollkeeper bugs

What exactly is the purpose and meaning of the extra
role = "maintainer" that's getting added to all the
docs?
Does it matter or mean anything that in a lot of the
bugfixes, this is getting stuck on to the Sun
Microsystems credit?

Isn't that, um, wrong?
