Ekiga user manual

Hello from the GNOME documentation project.

I'm currently compiling a list of which user manuals
and guides we're responsible for.

Does the Ekiga user manual have a maintainer?
If not, do you want the GNOME documentation project to
take on the manual? (I'm not promising miracles, we're
short-staffed.)
If it does, can the GNOME documentation project do
anything to help anyway?
