That would be really nice, but it's still not the issue here.
To clarify, let me take the example and show you how it's translated in
Dutch.

English:  "Speak chat room name"
Dutch:    "Chatroomnaam uitspreken"

English:  "Do not speak chat room name"
Dutch:    "Chatroomnaam niet uitspreken"

Note that the translation of 'Do not' ('niet' in Dutch) is in the middle
of the second sentence.

In other words if you split the sentences like they are now, and
concatenate it at run time, the translations would sound like a Dutch
master Yoda (Speak do not chat room name), which could be endearing, but
not what I want as a translator.
