I would very much like to see app names in the format
"Epiphany Web Browser" all the way across the desktop,
window titles, documentation, etc.
FWIW, the HIG also says that window titles should primarily feature
the name of the document, web page etc. that's in the window, only
followed by the application name if it's necessary for
disambiguation. So you should rarely need to see the name of the
application in a title bar... and if you do, you'd want it to be a
short as possible (rather than "Sound Juicer CD Ripper" or "Epiphany
Web Browser"), as it's likely to be truncated.
