Wiki Work Report: Introduction, Panels

This is a report of the work made on the Wiki,
expecting that you can know about the work on it and consider to
introduce in the CVS.

Introduction: Rewrited, and deleted the sections found in other sections.

Panel: First steps of deleting GNOME, becouse the assumption that
"GNOME use them to...", may be is confuse to the user; eansted is used
the frase: "They are used to..."

I'll continue to read and modify this, to follow a "bottom to high", explanation of each task in the Desktop.
