User Guide status

I've fixed a few bugs on the User Guide and applied a
few patches (thanks Milo :)
Most of the remaining open bugs are projects for the
future or old monsters like Input Methods.
The section on Nautilus can be considered frozen,
pending bug 389033 and any other contributions or
suggestions Matthew wants to make from downstream.
