Joachim, could you provide a single patch against CVS
of all the changes you've done so far?  I can then
review this for technical accuracy, language usage,
and markup.  Then I'll commit your work to CVS.

We should probably look into getting you CVS access.
That way you can get your work in incrementally, and
reviews can be done later en masse without you having
to sit and wait for them.
