Yelp doesn't actually use nwalsh's chunking machinery.  He uses XT to
create separate files for chunks.  This is typically what one wants, but
Yelp is not typical.  Yelp just has a document in memory, so using XT to
create separate files doesn't work well for Yelp.  Instead, the Yelp
stylesheet customizations implement their own chunking which uses XML
comments to delimit portions of the document to display for each chunk.
