Unfortunately, it looks like gdp-example2-manual-C.omf has not been
updated to reflect the new SK dtd that Dan and Eric included in SK
0.3.8. Ugh.

The way to test if your dtd if valid is to run xmllint on it against the
new dtd, which is included in the SK 0.3.8 package:

xmllint --noout -dtdvalid       
/usr/share/xml/scrollkeeper/dtds/scrollkeeper-omf.dtd    
gdp-example2-manual-C.omf

I don't believe the "how to write an OMF file" section of that has been
updated to reflect the new dtd.
