These would probably be related to the SGML Docbook converter.  The XML 
DocBook converter uses the stylesheet in libgnome/help-converters/docbook/
gnome-customization/  These are not related at all to Nautilus 1.  Also the 
SGML Docbook converter is radically different from the XML DocBook converter.  
The SGML DocBook converter parsed the SGML using C code.  The XML DocBook 
converter uses the libxml2 and libxslt API to apply the XSL stylesheets.
