xmldocs.make file needs updating

A bug was reported (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=78484)
that shows several modules have an incorrect xmldocs.make file which
causes an error with newer versions of automake. I have looked at which
files have this bug;
gnome-session/xmldocs.make
gnome-applets/xmldocs.make
gnome-control-center/help/xmldocs.make
glade/doc/xmldocs.make
eog/xmldocs.make
gedit/xmldocs.make
gnumeric/doc/xmldocs.make

The following sgmldocs.make files also have this bug. Note, however,
that sgmldocs.make should be disabled or deleted as it is not being used
in GNOME2.

gnome-panel/sgmldocs.make
gnome-session/sgmldocs.make
gnome-utils/sgmldocs.make
gnome-applets/sgmldocs.make
nautilus/help/sgmldocs.make
