We have conversion tools for all of those formats.
docbook2[html|ps|pdf] -c /etc/sgml/catalog DOC_NAME.[xml|sgml] should
work on most distributions at this point, if you have the tools
installed. I've certainly been doing my editing on paper for the past
2+ years, from DocBook source.
