standard way of referring to DocBook

	Hi,

	one of the requirements for the papers presented at GUAD3C
(http://www.guadec.org/callforpapers.php3) is that they should be
written in DocBook.

	what is the standard way of referring to DocBook?	

	* XML/DocBook format 
	* XML DocBook
	* DocBook 4.0
	* ...?

	i would appreciate if you would clarify this to me so that we avoid any
missunderstanding.
