I think it looks very nice, just a few comments: (I am using Mozilla 0.95)

The line above the footer goes nearly the whole paperwidth (which i
nice), the line below the footer on the other hand does not extend all
the way to the left. That doesn't look quite right.

The caution icon creates a white square on the pink (?) background.

Similarly, the note icon creates a white square on the blue background.

etc.
