I highly recommend that we take advantage of DocBook and make a simple 
DocBook man page template for gnome apps. That way no one would have to 
learn anything new and we would have a nice template that all gnome apps 
can begin to adopt.

btw, Debian Policy requires man pages for anything that is in /usr/bin/ 
or /usr/sbin, if the original application doesn't have one then the 
packager must supply one.
