Yep.  As far as I can tell, everything should be working.  The
/etc/sgml/png-support.cat link is linked to /etc/sgml/png-support-3.1.cat
which refers to the /user/share/sgml/docbook/png-support-3.1 DTD file which
contains the system identifier.  So why can't jw find it?
