gnome-doc-tools installation

After installing gnome-doc-tools-2.0 and trying again, I got this error:
jade:/var/www/html/dsf/dsf-0.0.1/doc/C/spec/dsf-spec.sgml:1:70:W: cannot
generate system identifier for public text "-//GNOME//DTD DocBook PNG
Variant V1.1//EN"
Anybody know how to fix it?
