LinuxDoc to DocBook conversion

Gtk-- has a LinuxDoc tutorial:
( http://cvs.gnome.org/lxr/source/gtk--/docs/tutorial/ )
which is currently in LinuxDoc format.

I'd like to convert it to the GNOME DocBook standard format, and I believe
that sgmltools can be used to do this, but I can't find sgmltools to download
anywhere.

Can someone direct me to a source tarball or RH7.1 rpm of sgmltools. Or even
better, could someone convert the tutorial for me?
