Not really. I don't really care one way or another. I can see that
having two files allows for the updating of docs easier should we want
to change the liscencing. But all other docs are one file, so it would
make sense to just to be uniform. So whatever.

But a decision must be made, so if I don't hear otherwise, I'll just go
ahead and make 'em all one file.
