alpha verison of templates

Hi all:
I did some more work on templates. You can find them on my web page:

The relevant files are:
 gnome-app-template.xml
 legal.xml
 html/*


News: 
1. The html output was produced using stylesheet made by Eric Baudais
(in CVS: gnome-docu/gdp/xsl). It is still in alpha, so use with caution.

2. I tried to make the title page stuff look like proposed  by  Sun
(using Eric's draft). At the moment, it does not look quite this way -
but it is a stylesheet issue, and Eric is working on it. He thinks that
it will be possible to produce the desired html output from the XML
source in the current form. 

3. I split the template in 2 files, template itself and legal.xml which
contains all the legal stuff. The latter file should be the same for all
apps, so there is no need to edit it at all. We may even think whether
we want to include it in gnome-core and have all docs to just link to
hte same copy of it; I am not sure if it is necessary or wise - saving
couple of kilobytes is not worth all possible legal trouble. 

4. I added (very few) <indexterms> - just to show how it can be done.
