Ah yes, 

It's always inspiring to witness a valiant reargaurd action. OK, OK, Wired News 
are hardly putting themselves in the line of fire like the guys at the Alamo or 
the Spartans at Thermopylae, but their stand on e-mail is equally doomed. The 
ustoppable march of the English language will surely sweep away this feeble 
hyphen, as it has already done on innumerable prior occasions, despite any 
isolated resistance offered by WN or other pockets of post-nerd recidivism.
