Minor gfloppy doc changes

Hi,

Gregm just commited the "Fix it before dcm does" release of the gfloppy
manual, with three changes:

* Updated version number to 1.5
(I had left the version number at 1.0, even though I'd revised about
four times before...)
* Line 170: s/getting worn out/wearing out
* Added <title> tags to Tip - line 265ish

So now dcm gets to mirror changes, or at least the Tip part...
