The problem that we have right now with making a tarball available is that
the code is an absolute mess.  It was originally hacked together to just
work, without much consideration for working on servers other than
metalab.  I'm currently working through the code to try to come up with
a version that can be configured for almost any webserver.  If you all
think it would be helpful to make the code that we have available, I'll be
happy to tar it up and make a link from the homepage.  However, we're
looking at changing the DTD that we use to make our framework more
compliant with the dublin core spec.  which could mean a more extensive
rewrite.
