The problem is that we want to define the format for our various
section types in our dsssls - if we use <section>s we aren't able to do
as good a job at that task.

As I just told telsa on irc - we need a doc that is a gnome applets
doc where people can just submit <sect2>s or whatever and it all
builds as a book. - that way the author of an applet doesn't need to
worry about it - the maintainer does. Thats how it is in the users
guide now - but since that will be split up - we could use a gnome
applets doc maintainer.
