I have changed the handbook license to the one Havoc has given above - more so because Owen pointed out that if we have code examples (which we do) the re-use of those examples could be hurt by being under the GPL.

I do, however, think we need to take any opportunity with FSF people
to push them on the docs license - the lack of a good one has gone
past the humorous stage.
