new gdp-both.dsl

I have updated the gdp-both.dsl just a bit. Most of the changes are
for print output and are mostly related to <book>s - These changes
have come about due to my recent work on the UG.

If you want to upgrade to the new version you may either go to its
usual hiding place on the web:

http://www.gnome.org/gdp/stylesheet.html

In CVS:

/gnome-docu/gdp/dsssl/

Or in the new gnome-doc-tools RPM which has been upgraded to 1.0-1
