gcolorsel docs

 Hi guys: 

I wrote a first draft of gcolorsel docs - take a look before I commit
them to CVS:

and send me your comments. Don't be too harsh - this was written in 
one night...


BTW, to the developers: may I humbly suggest to change the name
"simple" colors to "system colors"? I would not call a list with
several hundred colors, including such exotic ones as blanched almond
or Lemon Chiffon, "simple".
