gecko patches

Hi,

with Shaun's permission, I've just committed 2 patches to Yelp.

The patch from http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=322170 turns
off the global history because Yelp doesn't use it (there's no profile
where it could store it) and because it gives loads of warnings when
running Yelp with a gecko debug build.

The patch from http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=322171 makes
Yelp use Epiphany's macros for detecting which gecko to use and various
compiler flags. In addition to just being cleaner and easier to
maintain, it fixes Yelp's missing the -fshort-wchar configure check, and
the extra CXXFLAGS needed when compiling against a gecko debug build.
The patch also fixes the build of Yelp in ubuntu devel against ff 1.5
(it's unknown what exactly in it does that :).

Regards,
	Christian
